5, 6 and 10 Year Product Guarantees

Much of our furniture is now covered by our 6 year guarantee* with some items covered for an amazing 10 years. Full details of our guarantees for each product are available on request.

All of our products are structurally guaranteed from one to ten years as standard. In addition, many of the fabrics we use have a five year guarantee of wear ability and with a rub test of 90,000 abrasions. They have also been tested for light fastness – though excessive light can cause fading. Full specifications are available for all our fabrics. Of course, the guarantee assumes normal use of furniture.
